Wine Tasting Procedure:
1) Look at the colour & clarity.
2) Swirl to release aroma & smell by taking a deep breath of the wine.
3) Taste by taking a sip and roll it around your mouth and chew. Breath in to ensure the taste goes up your nasal cavity.
4) Either swallow or spit it out and assess the character of the wine.
